When Green stopped by The Frame, he talked about the comic that "This is Fine" comes from and the meme's impact on popular culture and his own life. Though the entire room is on fire, the caption above the dog says, "This is Fine." The infamous meme was from Green's "Gunshow" comic series, in a short comic titled "On Fire."
